The sea — depends on the houseThe seafront is lined with hotels that have their own beaches; the public beach, Kadriye Halk Plajı, is excellent. Residential complexes sit further from the sea than the hotels, so we give the distance to the beach for each property.

Renting

Long-term lets are mostly furnished 1+1 and 2+1 flats. There aren't many, so good ones go quickly, especially before the beach season. Rent is lower in winter.

Buying

More private villas than in Belek. Year-round demand comes from tourists and golf. Buyers mostly purchase for seasonal and short-term letting.

Some places close in winterThe area is built around hotels: from late autumn to spring some cafés and shops shut.
Hard without a carSchools, hospitals and Antalya are along the D400. Car hire, taxis and transfers are among our services.
Short-term letting — under Law No. 7464Each property needs a licence, and a flat in a building needs the neighbours' consent. We check this before you buy.
