Direct is the best value
No booking-platform fees — so the price is lower, and you agree dates and details directly with the owner.
If you prefer to book through a platform, our properties will also be on Airbnb and Booking.com.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a residence permit to rent?
No, a passport is enough. You'll need a long-term rental contract to apply for a residence permit — we have it certified by a notary.
Is there a commission?
Not on our own properties. If we find something through partners, we tell you the terms upfront.
Why is booking direct better value?
Booking platforms take a fee on every booking. Book direct and there isn't one — we pass that saving on to you in the price.
Can I bring pets?
It depends on the property — it's listed in the terms on its page.
How long can I rent for?
It depends on the property: short stays from 7 days, long-term from 100 days. The minimum stay is shown on each property's page.
Can I view a property if I'm not in Turkey yet?
Yes, we'll do a video viewing and answer your questions about the area.
